DLF is one of fifteen real estate companies included among India most valuable enterprises

DLF is ranked number 30 on the list of real estate developers, followed by Macrotech Developers at number 58. Third place goes to Godrej Properties, with a score of 105.

Up to fifteen real estate firms, including Godrej Properties, Burgundy Private, andAxis Bank's private banking division, are included on the Hurun India and Burgundy Private list of India's most valuable enterprises.

For the third consecutive year, Reliance Industries maintains its top spot with a valuation of ₹15.65 lakh crore. Tata Consultancy Services, valued at ₹12.4 lakh crore, comes in at number two, followed by HDFC Bank, valued at ₹11.3 lakh crore, at number three.

The 2023 Burgundy Private Hurun India 500 qualifying criteria is ₹6,700 crore, which is 13% more than the ₹5,947 crore level from the previous year.

Oberoi Realty is ranked 115, The Phoenix Mills is ranked 138, and Prestige EstatesProjects is ranked 151. The list places Bagmane Developers at number 230,Mindspace Business Parks REIT at number 228, and Embassy Office Parks REIT atnumber 154.

According to the rankings, Brigade Enterprises is ranked 275, DB Realty is ranked 428,Signature Global is ranked 451, NoBroker is ranked 455, Anant Raj is ranked 462,and Sobha is ranked 500.

"This year has seen significant advances in the real estate industry. Three new players have entered the market, reflecting how the sector is changing. Anas Rahman Junaid, Founder and Chief Researcher, Hurun India, stated,"Impressively, nine major companies have seen significant wealth growth,with Prestige Estate Projects leading at an impressive 70%, closely followed byMacrotech Developers at 54%, and DLF at 44%."

Six real estate companies were seen in each of Bangalore and Mumbai, demonstrating the strength of these marketplaces. Beyond the individual achievements, the sector's overall expansion has a substantial impact on India's GDP,demonstrating the industry's critical role in the country's economic structure.The current trend points to bright futures and an exciting time for the realestate industry," he stated.
