DLF sold all 795 units in a new premium property in Gurugram for ₹5,590 crore within three days of its opening

DLF's latest premium residential project sold out in just three days, valued at around ₹5,590 crore. NRIs drive demand.

DLF, a listed real estate business, announced on May 9 that it sold all 795 units for ₹5,590 crore within three days of launching its new luxury housing project in Gurugram due to strong housing demand.

According to a regulatory filing, DLF Privana West, a luxury residential property, sold out in just three days for around ₹5,590 crore. The new complex is set over 12.57 acres and includes 795 flats.

Sectors 76 and 77 comprise the 116-acre township known as "DLF Privana," and it includes both "DLF Privana West" and "DLF Privana South." "The project spans around 12.572 acres (~5.087 hectares), forming an integral part of DLF Privana, an integrated ecosystem sprawling across around 116.296 acres (47.063 Hectares)," said the company.

DLF Privana West has 795 homes in five storeys, including 4BHK flats and penthouses. These are set against the backdrop of the Aravalli Range and offer a panoramic view, as well as proximity to the upcoming Safari Park, according to the company's regulatory filing.

About the project

After DLF Privana South, the company's first project, proved to be a huge success in January, DLF Privana West "emerges as the next chapter in this story, meticulously designed to cater to discerning homebuyers' aspirations for spacious, luxurious abodes within a vibrant, well-connected community," stated Aakash Ohri, Jt. Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, DLF Home Developers Ltd.

Anticipation for this project has crossed borders, with a significant part of buyers being NRIs, he said.

"Our intention with DLF Privana and its associated projects is to emulate the success of DLF5, by curating an integrated ecosystem of luxury residences surrounded by abundant greenery, fulfilling the most desired lifestyle requisites," he added.

The residences are designed to fulfill the changing needs of growing families, balancing elegance and functionality. Each 4BHK home includes three parking spaces, while penthouses have four, according to the business.

The housing units have floor-to-floor heights of 3.4 meters for four-bedroom flats and 4 meters for penthouses, according to the business.

In March last year, DLF sold 1,137 luxury homes valued ₹7 crore and above in its Gurugram housing project for almost ₹8,000 crore in just three days.

DLF has produced over 158 real estate developments. The DLF Group has the potential to build 215 million square feet in the future for both residential and commercial uses. The annuity portfolio of the group is larger than 42 million square feet.
