M3M plans to invest around ₹1200 crore in a premium project in Gurugram

developer located in Gurugram, plans to invest approximately ₹1200 crore in a
premium property on Golf Course Road Extension, according to a corporate
release.

Uptown Hansen Architects
(UHA), a globally known London-based architectural firm, are designing the

The project's development
cost is ₹1200 crore. There will be 350 residences, priced between ₹10 crore and
₹30 crore. The business announced that it will be delivered by 2031.

Bhatt, President of M3M India.
M3M Altitude Landscape is
being created by Oracle Landscape. It will include four bedrooms (plus a
servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3780 to 8000 square feet.
The project would also have Gurugram's tallest sky club, measuring approximately 2 million square feet, according to the business.
