Marriott International and Oberoi Realty have reached an agreement for the development of hotels in Mumbai

According to a statement from Oberoi Realty, the
opening of Sky City Mall in Borivali, Mumbai, is scheduled for FY 2024–2025.
On February 16, Oberoi Realty declared that it has
signed a contract with Marriott International to create the JW Marriott Hotel
Thane Garden City and the Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City in Borivali. The
development is scheduled to be finished by 2027 or 2028.
According to Vikas Oberoi, chairman and managing director
of Oberoi Realty Limited, "The JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City will be
set in Oberoi Garden City, Thane, our integrated development spread across 75
acres which also consists of luxury residences and world-class amenities."
Oberoi also stated that the Mumbai Marriott Hotel
Sky City will be a part of Sky City, an integrated living complex encompassing
25 acres in Borivali East that also includes the upscale Sky City Mall and
eight opulent residential buildings.
Considering our continuous management agreement with our hotels, The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Ritz-Carlton, Mumbai, we look forward to continuing our longstanding association with Marriott International," Oberoi continued.

The JW Marriott Hotel Thane Garden City will complement Thane's increasing

The Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City in Borivali,
according to the firm, will further improve the integrated lifestyle.
