Puravankara, a Bengaluru-based company, exceeded ₹5,914 crore in sales in FY24

Puravankara reported sales of ₹1,947 crore for the quarter that ended on March 31, up 93% from ₹1,007 crore during the same time the previous year. Puravankara Limited, a Bengaluru-based company, reported sales of ₹5,914 crore in FY24—a 90% increase over ₹3,107 crore in FY23. The company claimed in a regulatory statement on April 5 that customer collections climbed by 60% to ₹3,609 crore for the FY from ₹2,258 crore in the previous fiscal.

The company's sales value for the quarter ending March 31 was ₹1,947 crore, which represents a 93% increase over the ₹1,007 crore sales value for the same time the previous year.

From ₹7,768 per sq ft in FY23 to ₹7,916 per sq ft in FY24, the average price realized grew by 2%. According to the corporation, this is because to a mix of inventory between the Purva, Provident Housing, and Purva Land brands.

Puravankara has completed 83 projects totaling around 48 million square feet in nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa as of December 31, 2023. The corporation has over 41 million square feet of land in total, of which 29 million are still under construction.
