Ranbir Kapoor to gift Rs 250 cr bungalow to Raha Kapoor, making her youngest and richest star kid in Bollywood

According to reports, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's new home would be registered in the name of their daughter, Raha. Neetu Kapoor would reportedly co-own the mansion.

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor were recently sighted visiting their under-construction bungalow in Mumbai's Bandra. According to Bollywood Life, Ranbir will name the bungalow after his and Alia's one-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor. According to reports, this will make Raha the youngest and richest star kid' in Bollywood.

According to the story, Ranbir and his family purchased the most expensive celebrity home in Mumbai, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa. The cost was ₹250 crore. The publication reported a source stating, "Ranbir and Alia are both investing their hard-earned money to build their dream house. The completed house will cost more than ₹250 crore. And this will become the most expensive home in the Mumbai area, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan's Jalsa."

Raha might become the richest star kid in B-Town

The insider continued, "It is also reported that Ranbir Kapoor, who is madly and completely in love with his daughter Raha Kapoor, will name the mansion in her name, making the little one the richest star kid in B-Town (Bollywood). Alia and Ranbir own four Bandra flats valued at over ₹60 crore, in addition to their enormous home.

While such gifts from relatives are tax-free at the time of receipt in India, future income or gains from these assets are taxed, according to a Live Mint report.

Neetu Kapoor is the co-owner of the bungalow

According to the article, Raha's grandma Neetu Kapoor would co-own the bungalow because her late husband, star Rishi Kapoor, made her the half-owner of all his assets'. According to the source, Neetu is financially solid and recently purchased a magnificent mansion worth ₹15 crore in the Bandra neighborhood.

It is also reported that after the bungalow is completed, the entire Kapoor family, including Neetu, will live together under one roof. Alia and Ranbir currently live with Raha in Vastu.
