for 36.4 crore, according to property registration documents seen by Zapkey.
The transaction was
registered on July 29, 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹2.18 crore and registration
expenses of ₹30,000, according to the records.

during the second phase of the Birla Niyaara project.
Local brokers report that
apartments in Central Mumbai's premium complexes, especially in Worli, can cost
