Yeida is going to introduce plot plans for
commercial and communal enterprises. In July, the authorities will also
introduce utility plan initiatives.
According to people with knowledge of the situation on Wednesday, the Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) will introduce three plot proposals this month for residential, commercial, group housing and corporate projects.
On July 5, Yeida is scheduled to unveil plans for a
medical devices park and individual residential plots; on July 10, plans for
group housing developments and commercial projects are scheduled to be
unveiled. On July 20, 2024, the authority will subsequently introduce utility
plot initiatives.
YEIDA targets a target of approximately ₹3700 crore
for revenue collection.
According to officials, Yeida aims to sell plots
under various categories for approximately ₹3,700 crore.
People from various walks of life will have a
variety of options to choose from thanks to these three narrative schemes.
These programmes will present the best opportunity for anyone looking to
purchase a parcel of land on which to build a home, start a hospital or hotel,
or purchase group housing projects. By August of this year, once we have sold
every plot in these schemes, our goal is to have generated ₹3,700 crore in
revenue. The dates for the launch have been set, and interested parties can
begin applying for plots', Yida CEO Arun Vir Singh stated.
The Yeida will provide 400 residential plots in
sectors 18, 20, and 24, in addition to at least 27 plots in the medical device
park. The medical device park has plots ranging in size from 1,000 to 2,100
square metres (sqm). The sizes of residential plots are 112 square metres, 120
square metres, 500 square metres, and 4,000 square metres for bungalows.
Interested parties will have a month to apply for these initiatives when they
are announced online or in publications.
The terms of the medical devices park programme
have been modified. Within the first ten years of allocation, successful
allottees will not be permitted to sell or transfer the plot to another
business. The phrase was introduced, according to Singh, when the authorities
recognised that plots are only purchased by real estate brokers with the goal
of reselling them for a profit.
There will be nine plots in the group housing
project, each measuring 25 acres. These plots, which will be in Sector 22D,
will be distributed via electronic bidding. In addition, the authority will
assign business lots for the construction of hotels, banquet halls, hospitals,
assisted living facilities, and corporate offices.
The authorities has set aside plots for fuel
stations, old age homes, special child care centres, and milk booths, among
other uses, under the utility plots concept.
In addition to these initiatives, we want to
provide ready-to-move-in apartments via the "bookmyshow" portal on a
"first come, first served" basis. Since the necessary procedures are
being finished, the booking is probably going to begin any day now, according
to Singh.
