Ayodhya Real Estate Market

According to a Liases Foras analysis titled "Ayodhya - A Rising Global Spiritual Capital," the city's real estate market is fast changing, fuelled by rising land values and increased interest in spiritual tourism and long-term investment. According to the survey, land prices in Ayodhya have risen at a CAGR of 19%, with a 25% increase expected by 2035.

Over the last five years, Ayodhya's growth has been spurred by large-scale infrastructure projects such as the international airport extension, enhanced road and rail connectivity, and the Ram Mandir. According to the data, land values in crucial regions like the Sarayu riverfront and the Ram Mandir corridor increased by more than 4.5 times between 2020 and 2025.

The city is also undergoing a hospitality boom, with more than 50 new hotel developments underway. Leading luxury hotel brands, including The Leela, Taj, and The Oberoi, are opening hotels in Ayodhya, confirming the city's status as a high-potential destination.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a branded land developer created in 2020, owns about 15 million square feet of built land and more than 30 million square feet of ongoing development. HoABL has expanded to important cities in Maharashtra, including Ayodhya, Goa, Alibaug, Anjarle, Dapoli, Neral, Khopoli, and Nagpur, with further projects planned for Shimla, Amritsar, Varanasi, Vrindavan, Khopoli, and Nagpur. It wants to expand to 48 cities in India.
