Hardik and Krunal Pandya have taken up three Jodi apartments that are part of a
project in Lower Parel, Mumbai, called Lotus Enpar Residency.
Hardik Pandya and his brother Krunal Pandya have
rented three Jodi apartments in Mumbai's Lower Parel district for a total of
₹7.5 lakh per month, according to records seen by Zapkey.
Hardik Pandya has made headlines due to rumors of a
divorce from his wife, Natasa Stankovic.
Jodi apartments combine two living units into a
single one.
According to the paperwork, Hardik and Krunal
Pandya's leased flats are part of the Lotus Enpar Residency project, which was
created by the Enpar Lotus Group.
Zapkey obtained paperwork indicating that the first
jodi flat is on the 28th floor and costs 2.5 lahks per month to rent. The lease
agreement was registered in August 2021.
The leave and licence agreement for the first flat
has been signed by Vaibhav Himanshu Pandya on behalf of Hardik Pandya and the
landlord, Lily Commodities Private Limited.
According to the paperwork, the apartment includes
two stacked parking spaces and an adjoining terrace garden. The lease is for 60
months.
For the first 36 months, the monthly rent is ₹2.5
lakh, followed by ₹2.87 lakh for the next 24 months. The tenant paid a deposit
of 7.5 lakh for the flat, according to the paperwork.
The second pair of flats is situated on the 30th
floor of the Lotus Enpar Residency project. The lease was signed in August 2021
for a term of 60 months. Zapkey obtained paperwork indicating that the monthly
rent for the first 36 months is ₹2.5 lakh, followed by ₹2.87 lakh for the next
24.
The landlord of this flat is Kamlesh Ghisulal
Mehta, and Vaibhav Himanshu Pandya signed the leave and licence agreement on
behalf of Krunal Pandya (Hardik's brother).
The third leave and lease agreement was signed
around the same time for another Jodi apartment located on the 30th level of
the apartment complex. The monthly rent is ₹2.5 lakh.
The landlord for these units is Sheela Kamlesh
Mehta, and the deal was signed by Vaibhav Himanshu Pandya on behalf of Krunal
Pandya (brother), according to the paperwork.
According to the paperwork, the monthly rent for
the first 36 months is ₹2.5 lakh, followed by ₹2.87 lakh for the next 24
months.
Real estate market in Lower Parel.
According to local brokers, Lotus Enpar Residency
is a mid-range apartment complex with 2BHKs averaging 960 sq ft (carpet) and
3BHKs at 1500 sq ft. The capital value of 2BHK units in this complex ranges
from ₹8 to ₹6.5 crore, while 3BHKs are priced between ₹9 and ₹10 crore.
Lower Parel is a mid to high-end real estate area,
with flats priced between ₹4 crore and ₹20 crore. Lower Parel was a thriving
textile industry center until a few decades ago. The mill lands have now been
replaced with luxury residential developments, commercial buildings, exquisite
restaurants, and retail stores.
Hardik Pandya rented an apartment for 3.15 lakh per
month in Mumbai's Khar West region. According to papers obtained by Zapkey,
this was located on the 16th level of the Rustomjee Paramount building.
According to sources, the cricketer has moved out of the complex.
According to reports, Hardik Pandya owns a
6,000-square-foot penthouse in Vadodara, Gujarat, which was decorated by
interior designer Anuradha Aggarwal.
