The confiscation of all unsold properties belonging to allottees who have not paid in full was then ordered. Department heads were also instructed to take action against business owners who had been idling and not building on plots. This delay was believed to have prevented individuals from finding work and hampered the city's development. Therefore, according to authorities, similar plots will be distributed again for industries to be established there and for people to have work prospects. Additionally, guidelines for applying the board-approved rescheduling policy were released. 

New Schemes for Cancelled Plots:

Repurposing of Cancelled Plots: The Greater Noida Authority has devised a plan to use the abandoned properties. These plots will be used to build roads, parks, and other infrastructure projects and public utilities. This would not only aid in the city's growth but also give the locals work chances. 

Redevelopment of Cancelled Plots: A plan for the reconstruction of the plots that were canceled has also been proposed by the Greater Noida Authority. These parcels will be put up for auction and sold to developers, who will redevelop them. To reconstruct these plots, the developers must adhere to a set of rules established by the administration. In addition to aiding the city's growth, this strategy will give the developers a chance to make money. 

Allotment of Cancelled Plots to Cooperative Housing Societies: The Greater Noida Authority has developed a plan to distribute abandoned plots to cooperative housing organizations. According to this plan, cooperative housing organizations will get the canceled plots and be in charge of developing them. To create these plots, the organizations must adhere to a set of rules established by the authority. The people will have the chance to purchase a piece of land in the city thanks to this plan.

Allotment of Cancelled Plots to Government Departments: The Greater Noida Authority has also started a program to distribute abandoned plots to government agencies. The revoked plots would be distributed to several government agencies, including the departments of education, health, and police, under this plan. The construction of these plots will fall within the purview of these departments. This plan would not only aid in the growth of the city but will also give locals improved amenities.
