An industrialist from Delhi-NCR has bought four
flats on Gurugram's Golf Course Road that cover about 35,000 square feet for
almost ₹380 crore.
According to real estate agents, a businessman from Delhi-NCR has bought four apartments at DLF's ultra-luxury building The Dahlias on Golf Course Road for roughly ₹380 crore. This is one of the most expensive residential acquisitions in the country.
They added that the four units, which are in towers
next to one other in the development that is still being built, will be joined
to make one large residential unit.
Kshitij Jain, the founder of Rizin Advisory Pvt
Ltd, which helped make the sale happen, said, "The towers share a wall and
the apartments are on adjacent floors, so they can be easily combined."
But he wouldn't say who the buyer was.
DLF has received an email. If a response is
received, the story will be updated.
According to sources in the industry, investors
from Mumbai, Odisha, and Ludhiana are also interested in The Dahlias since they
think the price would go up a lot in the next several years.
Earlier this year, DLF said it had sold 173 ultra-luxury apartments at The Dahlias for ₹11,816 crore in just nine weeks. This was because there was a lot of demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including top CEOs and non-resident Indians.
Aakash Ohri, the Joint Managing Director of DLF's
Home Developers, told HT.com on January 27 that the project includes bare-shell
residences and should be done in four years.
For those who don't know, it took over ten years to
attain a similar level of accomplishment with the project Camellias. He had
said, "The Dahlias will be more expensive than the Camellias."
Ohri told HT.com that the smallest of these ultra-luxury flats is about 10,000 square feet and the largest is about 19,000 square feet, which is the size of a penthouse.
Ohri stated that the flats sold for between ₹55
crore to ₹125 crore, and the two penthouses went for ₹150 crore each.
There will be 420 homes in the Dahlias, spread across 29 levels and 8 towers. There will also be 15 unique duplex penthouses that are about 350,000 square feet. The project is the newest addition to the DLF5 Golf Links community and will look out over a planned Lake Park.
The apartments will have enormous 4-meter
floor-to-ceiling heights, expansive outside decks that cover the width of each
residence, and a seamless integration of internal and outdoor living spaces,”
Ohri had said.
Shikhar Dhawan, a former opener for India, bought
an ultra-luxury flat in DLF's real estate complex in Gurugram called The
Dahlias for roughly ₹69 crore earlier this year.
Last year, the most expensive apartment purchase in the country was for a 16,290-square-foot ultra-luxury penthouse in DLF's Camellias in Gurugram. It went for ₹190 crore. Director Rishi Parti bought the penthouse for Info-x Software Technology Pvt Ltd. The deal was recorded on December 2, and the corporation had to pay ₹13.30 crore in stamp duty.
