DDA Housing Scheme 2023: On Friday, November 24, registrations for over 32,000 apartments under the Delhi Development Authority's highly anticipated Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023 opened. Under the most recent DDA housing project, apartments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are mostly situated in areas like Dwarka, Narela, and Lokanayakpuram. Over 1,100 of the 32,000 DDA apartments are in the luxury category. 

Residential units in the high-income group (HIG), low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG), and economically weaker section (EWS) are included in the DDA's Festival Special Housing Scheme.

Step 4: After filling out the application and uploading all required files, pay the application cost. The application fee may be paid using a debit card, credit card, or net banking by the applicant.
