East Bengaluru's 6.39-acre housing project is announced by MANA

Bengaluru real estate: The project offers 3 and 4 BHK apartment apartments spread across six stories and is located in the prestigious Kodathi neighborhood of Sarjapur Road.

In a statement, the Bengaluru-based real estate business MANA claimed that it will be expanding into East Bengaluru on November 21 with a 6.39-acre luxury housing project located off Sarjapur Road. Mana Dale is the project name, and it will feature a combination of villas and apartments.

The project, which offers 3 and 4 BHK apartment units spread across six buildings with a total of 680 apartments in towers of up to 28 stories, is located in the prestigious Kodathi neighborhood on Sarjapur Road.

In addition, the project will feature a sports court, jogging track, lounge, gym, and club clubhouse.

"We are committed to bringing our home buyers closer to nature and creating dream spaces that enhance their quality of life, and with this launch, we further extend our presence in East Bengaluru," stated D. Kishore Reddy, CMD, MANA.

Plotted development in a hurry:

According to a statement released by TVS Emerald, a division of TVS Holdings Ltd., on October 3, 2023, over 95% of a planned development project in east Bengaluru was sold for a price of Rs 169 crore on the first day.

In the development called The Estate, which is situated on Bagalur close to Sarjapur Road, 442 of the 461 plots were sold out. According to the website, land sizes vary from 500 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet, with prices starting at Rs 17.49 lakh.
