DDA Announces 25% Discount on Over 1,200 Narela Flats, Prices Start at ₹33.4 Lakh

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced ‘DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026’, a special housing plan offering 25% discount on more than 1,200 ready to move in flats in Narela ahead of the 80th Independence Day.

The initiative is targeted at current and retired government employees and working professionals from the corporate, business, entrepreneurial and professional sectors with the intention to make homeownership more accessible in the national capital.

1. What products are being offered and at what prices?

The development has ready-to-move-in homes of 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK configuration in Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela.

Here are the pricing after the 25% discount:

1 BHK Starting ₹33.40 Lakh

2 BHK: From ₹75.55 lakh onwards

3 BHK: From ₹1.065 crore

2. Right to combine adjacent flats

The project also permits buyers to combine nearby flats into one larger flat, subject to norms laid out by DDA and the requisite clearances. The complete process of registration and booking will be online through the DDA Awaas Portal to ensure transparency and ease of access.

3. When do I register?

Registration under the scheme will start from July 24, 2026, while booking of flats will start from August 15, 2026, on first come first served basis through DDA Awaas Portal.

4. Are the apartments freehold?

Yes. All flats are being sold on a freehold basis with purchasers having the full ownership rights.

The scheme also enables applicants to purchase a flat even if they already own a residential property as there is no restriction on existing property ownership.

Further, buyers have the option to amalgamate adjoining units, subject to DDA’s mandated rules and clearances.

5. Where are the apartments?

This project is situated near Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela which is one of the new growth corridors of Delhi.

2 km from the Narela Sports Complex 5 km from the planned Education Hub 9.2 km from the proposed Integrated Sports Stadium 500 metres from Urban Extension Road-I (UER-I) 1.1 km from GT Karnal Road 6.15 km from UER-II.

6. Are the units visible to the buyers?

Yes. DDA has constructed sample flats at the project site so that the prospective buyers can view the quality, layout and finishes before making a purchasing choice.
