Prestige Group, headquartered in Bengaluru, plans to launch residences worth ₹50,000 crore by FY26

The Prestige Group wants to build projects worth ₹50,000 crore across Goa, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai this fiscal year.

Prestige Group, a Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer, plans to launch residential projects worth over ₹50,000 crore in key markets including Goa, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai this fiscal year, according to senior vice president Praveer Srivastava.

"We aim to achieve a GDV of ₹14,000-15,000 crore from residential project launches by the end of Q1 FY26," remarked the business president.

Significant growth in Delhi, the National Capital Region, and Mumbai.

Prestige's most noteworthy move of the year was its recent debut into the Delhi-NCR market. The corporation envisions a ₹12,000 crore residential complex in Indirapuram, with ₹9,500 crore dedicated to development.

Prestige Bougainvillaea Gardens will open in Sector 150, Noida, in the first quarter of FY26. Prestige Imperium, a super-luxury offering in Delhi's KG Marg with ticket sizes expected to reach ₹1 lakh per sq ft, is set to premiere around Diwali, according to a spokesperson.

The company intends to unveil ₹10,000 crore in Mumbai this fiscal year, including ₹2 crore residences in Prestige City and ₹150 crore ultra-luxury units in Worli's Nautilus. "Mumbai's luxury market is growing, but land prices make home ownership unattainable. "We're working on optimising flat formats to appeal to both premium and mid-segment buyers," said Srivastava.

Chennai, Hyderabad, and Goa are among the most rapidly expanding marketplaces.

Prestige plans to build properties worth ₹3,000-3,500 crore in Chennai this year, including Prestige Palladium Garden by June 30 and Madhavaram by the third quarter. Srivastava claimed that the company has cooperated with Arihant Developers to explore new options in the city at cheap costs of ₹10,000–11,000 per square foot.

This year, Hyderabad will see ₹10,000 crore in launches, including a premium complex in Banjara Hills with apartments priced between ₹8-10 crore. The company is also thinking of expanding its township by purchasing two more land lots. The city's 3,000-4,000 sq ft residences costing between ₹1-2 crore are in hot demand.

Pune, Gurgaon, and Noida are also on the radar.

With a presence in six major cities, the company plans to expand into additional areas soon. "We're looking for opportunities in Pune, Gurugram, and Noida. "These are markets where we were not previously present but see enormous growth potential," she said to me as we spoke.

"Our target is to be in the ₹2-3 crore range, where there is the most demand." At the same time, we will not turn down landmark projects in India's most well-known locations," Srivastava said.
