Concentrix Daksh’s pledge of 1.6 lakh sq ft
of office space in Gurugram’s Sector 32 is a powerful statement for the
commercial real estate industry. “AI-powered automation is growing at a fast
pace, but this expansion by a global leader in customer experience highlights
that physical infrastructure is still a mechanical necessity for scaling
sophisticated operations,” said Raja Seetharaman, co-founder of
Propstack.
The software giant had rented out space on
floors 7-12 of Tower 4 in Intellion Park in Sector 59. The paperwork revealed
that the lease was signed with Mikado Realtors Private Limited, a Tata Group
Company (Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd) as the landlord.
The 2,30,378 sq ft chargeable area was leased
at a monthly fee of ₹1.25 crore at ₹54.5 per sq ft per month, with the lease
commencing on September 22, 2025.
Co-working space operator TableSpace
Technologies Pvt Ltd had earlier in the year leased 1.45 lakh sq ft of
commercial space in Gurugram for five years at a beginning monthly rent of
₹2.85 crore, according to property registration documents seen by Propstack.
Media reports last year said US tech company Google inked one of the largest office lease transactions of 2025, taking roughly 617,000 sq ft at Atrium Place in Gurugram. The project is a reflection of the company’s growing presence in India’s office real estate sector, say DLF and Hines, the joint developers of the complex.
