According to the company, Godrej Properties sold
over 1450 apartments aggregating more than 2.2 million square feet in the first
phase of their North Bengaluru project.
Godrej Properties Ltd sold over ₹2,000 crores of
inventory during the first phase of the Barca @ Godrej MSR City project in
Devanahalli, Bengaluru, according to a statement on June 23.
According to the corporation, Godrej MSR City,
which debuted in April 2025, has a developable potential of about 5.6 million
square feet, as well as large unlaunched inventory that the company plans to
sell in the coming years.
Barca works at Godrej MSR. According to the
statement, the city promotes a Mediterranean lifestyle through wide green
spaces, sunlight terraces, and a 1.5 lakh square foot clubhouse.
Devanahalli, located in North Bengaluru's fast expanding boom corridor, has emerged as a well-known real estate hotspot due to its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, proposed metro stations, and important roads including as NH 44 and the six-lane Bellary Road.
The presence of IT and aerospace hubs, as well as large infrastructure projects, has boosted regional development. Devanahalli, which is close to technological parks, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities, is one of the most promising neighbourhoods for future-proofing urban life.
