Gurugram for ₹40 lakh per month for 9 years to expand its presence in India.
Elon Musk's Tesla India Motor & Energy Pvt Ltd
leased around 51,000 sq ft of super built-up area at Orchid Business Park on
Sohna Road, Gurugram, for nine years at a beginning monthly rent of ₹40.17
lakh, according to CRE Matrix statistics.
The 33,475-square-foot billable facility was rented from Garwal Property Pvt Ltd and will be used as a service centre, warehouse, and retail store. The lease began on July 15, 2025, and was recorded on July 28th, according to records.
Tesla's second commercial facility in India,
following its recent Mumbai launch, starts at ₹120 per sq ft with an annual
escalation of 4.75%, according to the lease agreement.

The commercial lease starts on July 15, 2025, and
is structured as follows. According to the records, the payments are as
follows. Fees: ₹40.17 lakh for the first year, ₹42.07 lakh for the second,
₹44.07 lakh for the third, ₹46.17 lakh for the fourth, ₹48.36 lakh for the
fifth, and ₹50.66 lakh for the sixth.
The commercial lease begins on July 15, 2025, and

According to the contracts, rent is due on the
seventh of each month. The space has 51 parking spaces.
The corporation paid a security deposit of ₹2.41
crore for a nine-year lease.
